Sam Balian, our founder always had a clear passion for art and design. Knowing the importance of a hands-on career, his creativity and a love for timber led him to enrol in a fine cabinetry and joinery diploma.
Developing and honing precession skills throughout the woodworker’s workshop, he could now build a kitchen, a staircase or craft a door - but this was only half the job, and with this a desire developed to complete the process.
With this he went out and found a building contractors in the area, completing every city and guilds certification in carpentry and construction they allowed. This, along with the skills learnt in the workshop, enabled him to carry out his carpentry installations with the perfection required of a craftsman.
Eventually a team leader position came up and, with further managerial training, he found himself overseeing the builds. During this role he realised it was time for him to begin a new journey, and his dream of starting his own business began.
It would finally bring on the ability to express his creativity though his work from start to finish, and he has never looked back!
